Ok, we're blogging now. . .

Just a little tease of what our website will look like when our extremely talented friend Alisa finishes her masterpeice!




So I kept hearing everyone and their, "blog this" and "blogger that" and of course avoided the conversation because I never quite knew what it was all about. So here it goes! Flirt's very first blog post. . .awwww!
This was quite a year for Flirt! As many of you probably know we expanded a bit and we've started teaching sewing classes (among other things) at a new space near the Gowanus called Home Ec! To make a long story short I was driving down 3rd Avenue in January and saw a For Rent sign. We'd been looking for a studio but couldn't find anything quite right for the right price. Here's what it looked like when we got here:

On to clothing!
Fall has fallen upon us and Patti and I are drumming up a few new designs for the cooler days ahead. All of you are familiar with the Snap Skirts; our tried and true adjustable wrap skirts. Well, may I introduce to you:

The Snap Jumper!!!!
Both the skirt and the straps are adjustable making it the most comfortable piece imaginable for this fall!! So cute!!!




Also in the picture is a new version of our Droop Top (that's funny when I type it out like that)! Here's it is on it's own:
