This cowl scarf is both a scarf and a hood and also doubles as a fantastic accessory for this transitional weather. While the weather is still fairly warm throw it on in the evening with a scoop neck tee, jeans, and a great pair of boots. Once the weather really turns cold you can layer it under your coat and pull it up over your ears when the wind really starts to bring the chill.
